As always, the colleague who took my call was polite and effective. Took time to really understand my issue and sorted my problem quickly, sensitively and thoroughly.

I hear lots of people who are registered at other practices who have lots of problems getting the service they expect but we are so fortunate in Ossett to have this great service. Thank you.
