called them (Harford Health in Tower Hamlets) at 9am few times but was directed to use their online e-consult form which was showing as not available as an option as they have reached the limit for the day. Looks like there is more admin work to deal with then actually dealing with patients.
This has become rediculous. and now i see that they are taking in more patents for registration. whats the point if you can not even manage your existing patients?
