Called at 8.30, no.32 in queue, by the time I got through just before 9am no appointments, not even phone calls were available. Advised to use E-Consult - again no appointments left, tried to use E-consult again next day just after 8.30, again nothing left. This is just hopeless, I have been registered with this surgery for 20 years, never been so bad.
