"A very caring surgery"

I visited Hillview a few days ago. I had/have a rash on my lower legs for the past 2 years. The GP was was meticulous in her research. I thought the reash was due to some insect bites but she explained why she thought it was a form eczema. And she was absolutely right as I have a history of eczema ... I've seen several doctors over the past 2 years for the same matter but no-one was able to explain why this was eczema. I had a similar experience some years ago with a nurse at Hillview who literally sorted out my chronic asthma by going back to scratch and reviewing how I was taking my inhalers. It was then that I realised I was not taking my inhalers as prescribed. Now that I take my inhalers at 6 am and 6 pm every day it is as if I'm asthma free. Thank you again for being such caring surgery and taking the time to explain thoroughy .... to patients with no medical background.... Thank you. Therese
