About: Whiteley Surgery

My health conditions have continued to be followed up quickly. Although it can take time to get hold of the GP surgery on the phone to a large number of patients ringing at the same time, I’ve always found the receptionist helpful and listen to my health issues and arrange a call back if needed.

Your feedback about our helpful receptionists and telephone waiting times helps us understand what we are doing right and where we can make improvements.

We are delighted to hear of your positive experience with the support and care you have received from our clinical and clerical teams for ongoing health conditions and we will ensure this is shared with our staff.

We also acknowledge your feedback around telephone waiting times and while we have made improvements on these, we continue working hard each day to answer calls as quickly as possible.
