"Excellent GP practice"

I was unable to get a GP appointment and had called 111 who fitted me in for a telephone consultation at the last minute. The doctor called me within 2 hours and kept the surgery open after hours to ensure I was able to receive the right medication. It saved me going to A&E or an out of hours GP over the weekend. I was very grateful and appreciate the extra effort the practice went to, to make sure I was seen quickly. Thank you so much!
