"Friendly staff and excellent clinical care "

I was really impressed with this surgery this evening. Reception staff friendly and really seemed to care. Kept patients informed of any delays. While waiting I saw a nurse go above and beyond fitting in an extra patient despite having finished for the day. And the GP I saw for my coil replacement was professional yet friendly. He made sure I was put at ease. Excellent clinical skills and genuinely cared. Truly impressed with my care this evening and would recommend highly. Thank you!
