"A very importance service"

I was very nervous about falling again after being ill and was not able to walk, other than around my flat.

One member of the team came to my flat and oversaw my exercises, especially the balance ones. They also gave me confidence about walking outside my flat along the corridor by making sure I was safe. I started walking only short distances, gradually extending the distance. Since they have stopped there visits I am currently walking and doing the exercises every day.

I found that the service provided by Rushcliffe Community Therapy team was a very important service that gave me an improvement in my quality of life. Thank you.
