"Professional, friendly and put me at ease"

About: Yeovil District Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

The young man who greeted me was caring, friendly putting me at ease and explaining next steps. My radiographer Rachel was also professional, friendly and put me at ease , I even got to listen to music and watch the turtles swim during my scan - I didn’t feel claustrophobic once ! Thank you Yeovil team.
