I have been coming to the Patna day service for around a year. I think it is quite nice, seeing people and meeting people, a positive experience. The school kids come along and it's good to interact with them. The staff here are all great! The transport is good because we all have different needs, and the staff make sure we get in safe. I do wish we could have more photo's up because sometimes it's hard to remember what we've done, but we don't have a lot of space for them on our wall.

Hi,

My name is Ally and I manage Older People's Day Services in East Ayrshire. Thanks for providing your feedback on the Patna Day Service - its great that you enjoy the intergenerational groups and the staff and transport are good.

I will discuss your suggestion around more photo's with the Day Care Co-ordinator for Patna - its a shared building so we need to check things out first, but it seems a good idea to have photo's to prompt memories about all you have achieved. We also have a regular newsletter for Patna that has lots of photo's so I will ensure you are receiving a copy.
