(as the patient),

I find it saddening that some people are so quick to blame reception staff for the practice being stretched. I just want to commend the staff at Kirkview Medical Practice in East Kilbride as they have always been polite and helpful with me.

Having worked in healthcare I understand the pressure trying your best for everyone, not just the patients, also their families.

Well done with the amazing service you give as without you there nobody would ever get the appropriate treatment.

Thank you for sharing your experience of you GP practice.

I am delighted to hear that you have recieved excellent service and care from the reception and other staff within the practice.

Unfortunately GP practices are not registered to respond to feedback on care opinion and as such I would ask that you contact the practice manager so that your lovely words can be shared with the appropriate staff who I am sure will get a real boost in hearing them.
