"Podiatrist included me in the care plan"

This service just gets better and better, maybe because my husband is having to use this service more frequently but each member of staff are going above and beyond. We met Sarah yesterday afternoon in Gt James Street Health Centre.

A smile greeted us as she guided her client from the room a very professional lovely introduction to herself. Sarah asked us to wait in the corridor while she prepared the room. Again as my husband who has mobility problems was told to take his time.

Sarah who was meeting him for the first time reassured him and offered to help if he required assistance. Her treatment was delivered with so much care and explanation Sarah included me in his care plan following on from Colm's and Gareth's instructions and gave us ongoing advice.

The experience as I stated earlier seems to be going above and beyond as the treatment is working and healing is evident which is such a relief for my husband. Again the previous explanation if it didn't improve the outcome could be detrimental to his health.

Before we left a follow up appointment was made. Given the demands on the service Sarah with again explanation spoke to the secretary who managed to find an appointment suitable for him. Sarah who smiled and reassured ourselves made this appointment painless and thorough and we both are so impressed we couldn't help but want to share with anyone who is waiting to avail of the service and want them to know not to worry as the team as far as we are concerned will provide professional courtesy warmth and support.
