I was easily able to make a booking on line for a face to face GP appointment 3 days after I booked it. I was seen on time examined and given an explanation of my potential diagnosis and treatment. I was then referred to a physiotherapist at the Hollybrook practice who rang me the day after I had seen the GP and arranged a visit for me 4 days later. I saw him at Hollybrook and was examined. We had a discussion about my problem, potential analgesia and different treatments. He felt I needed an X-ray and I am having that today, 2 days after I saw him. At each stage of my 'journey' so far I have been impressed by the efficiency, the information given to me and the professionalisn of the staff.
