First time ever for a CT scan and given it was for my heart there was a level of trepidation on entering the department.
From the moment I entered the staff of Sharon, Bev, Will and Andy were brilliant. They explained the whole process in detail and tried to relax me as much as possible. I am not a big fan of needles, to be fair not sure anyone is, but I hardly felt Will putting the needle into my arm.
Scan was carried out by Andy and was totally painless.
A massive thank you to all the staff.
