Mental health nurse Samantha is always super helpful and empathetic and understanding. I always feel silly going in being open about my mental health struggles and being emotional and often crying but Sam makes me feel at ease and like its ok to be vulnerable. Its nice not feeling judged and feeling like i can be honest. I have adhd and she always helps around that and finds me advice and other services that could help me with aspects of my struggles with it.
