I would like to thank the entire team on the brain injury unit for their outstanding care. Doctors Will and James have been professional, compassionate, and thorough from start to finish. The nursing staff — with too many dedicated names to mention, including Gill — made each day easier with their support and kindness.

A special thank you to all the HCA’s who always go the extra mile too many names to mention. The OT and Physio teams for their skill, patience, and encouragement throughout the recovery process.

The care has been truly patient-focused, always working toward a positive outcome. Multidisciplinary working has been excellent, as a friend I felt listened to and consistently kept up to date with progress, goals, and plans. I am deeply grateful for everything the team has done for my friend.

 I wish I could name each and every one of you, even phoning the ward knowing how busy the environment is the members of staff took the time to alleviate any concerns or worries I had.
