"I have never seen such dedication from a team"

I recently attended an MRI scan at this hospital, not knowing if I could have this scan which was needed as I am claustrophobic and to be in enclosed spaces is very hard.

This hospital is second to none, time of appointment met no waiting all on time, the personal care and understanding shown to me to have this carried out was above and beyond excellent, the nurse talked me through the experience even when I was going into panic attack and I got through the procedure. I have the highest praise for the nurse who made this possible.

Panic attacks are real and anyone who suffers from them knows the problem restricts many of us leading a normal life. I have learnt to control them and with this nurses help managed to cope .

I have never seen such dedication from a team, this hospital department is so dedicated, it is the best of NHS. Well done and thank you so much for your help and understanding.
