"The staff made me feel so at ease"

I was referred to UCL after being referred by 111 after a  very tough night with my health as a type 2 diabetic, despite the hospital being incredibly busy I would like to express my extreme thanks to all the staff that looked after me on A&E

I felt looked after & the staff made me feel so at ease, particularly like to thank the doctor that looked after me, although I did not catch his name, outstanding care & totally put my mind at ease.

Keep up all your hard work & to the staff at UCL, you are wonderful angels & you are not going unnoticed ,thankyou so much from a lady who was very scared before I arrived.
