I visited the endoscopy day unit at Crosshouse hospital, parking was a complete and utter joke, the last thing patients who are already a bit ill and stressed need is to drive around for half hour to find a parking space, then have to walk very long distances back to get treatment.
In addition as a patient who underwent a procedure that involved anaesthetics the last thing I needed was a long walk to get to my transport home.
The treatment I received at the unit from reception, nurses,doctors & consultants was exceptional, I was treated with respect and professional courtesy throughout my visit and treatment.
Unfortunately these professionals are not responsible for parking
