"Not on a waiting list as promised"

I am very disappointed with the fact that I have a serious bowel issue so Teldoc in Telford  saw a Dr who said they would put me on a waiting list and that  I would receive a letter in 2 months only to find out today that my name is not on there at PRH Oncology department .

I go out of my way to help people I work two jobs in the NHS myself but I cant seem to get help and why would someone promise something and not fulfil it if it was not for a Dr today who then rang on my behalf I could have been sitting here waiting for a referral letter that was never going to come. I am very disappointed and I feel like I have been let down
