"Their kind nature shone through during the scan"

About: Maternity Care / Maternity Ultrasound

(as the patient),

I was scanned by sonographer Mhari.

Mhari put me at ease by explainig the scan and showing me babies heartbeat.

Baby was a wee rascal on scan and would not pose easily for the measures but Mhari reassured me this was normal.

Mhari was professional throughout and her kind nature shone through during the scan.

Thank you Mhari.

I am so pleased to hear that Mhari put you at ease and made your scan special despite you having a wee 'rascal'.

We strive to provide person centred care and as you said Mhari's professionalism and kindness shone through, I am delighted to hear this.
