"Our sonographer"

When we went for our detailed scan at Wishaw, Carol was our sonographer. From the moment we walked in she was so reassuring and warm. She really helped to put me and my husband at ease without really knowing how nervous we were. It was clear that the warmth is just a part of who she is.

She carefully talked us through every element of our babies development even answering the daft questions we had. She went above and beyond, taking time to get to know us and providing a wee keepsake for our toddler to help introduce her to her sibling. I have always received a high level of care in the department throughout both of my pregnancies but today is the most comfortable and relaxed I have felt and it is all thanks to the lovely Carol and her excellent care.
