"GP referral"

I had an appointment with a doctor regarding constant headaches feeling nauseous and dizzy all the time. This has now been ongoing for over 2 years but the last 5 months have been worse.

I was so pleased with the doctor I saw and what they said they were going to do. They were fabulous with me and so caring. They said I needed another MRI and that they would do a referral to see a neurologist and that they would fast track the appointments.

I called to chase the appointments up after 14 days and was advised that the referral hadn't even been done. I am so upset as this is having such a detrimental effect on my life. The person I spoke to said they would chase it up
