I had a review of my medicine at Holybrook surgery which was about a few months ago, my blood test was done as my one of the medicine was under review but because it was under review so I have to visit surgery. I expressed my feelings to a staff member about my frustration and instead of understanding my feelings they told me that if I am unhappy and don’t like it then I can move to any other surgery. I feel that this is not a professional behaviour
