"An excellent service"

Recently I went to have shoulder surgery. A large lipoma removal. From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly. This was at 7am. Then each doctor, sister, surgeon, nurse, assistant, cleaner, porter - were supportive, communicative, respectful and made my whole experience emotionally trauma free. 

I was able to leave after 4 hours. 

There is physical healing to take place, but thanks to the team, emotionally I feel supported to focus on me. 

I’ve had some challenging experiences at hospital in the last 5 years, and this has helped to heal my nervous system by giving me a positive experience.
