I feel lucky not to need to visit the GP practice very often. Used the new system today submitting an adult medical request around 8am this morning. This then opened up a choice of same day appointments for me to book online. I attended my appointment (using self check-in) and was seen on time. The GP I saw was very reassuring. Can’t fault the service I experienced today.
