My daughter needed an appointment fairly urgently. She went online at 8am only to be told there were no appointments available and to try again on Monday ( this was Thursday)
Later that morning I had to drop something in to reception at Burham and when the receptionist finally acknowledged me I asked if it were true that there were no appointments until Monday and she said it says that when ex amount of appointments have been taken then the staff triage them in order of importance then sometimes they reopen the system. How are we supposed to know that. Long story short she said was my daughter able to get there at 3pm that afternoon and she saw the paramedic and although unable to diagnose her problem did order her a blood test.
I don't like to say this but it has definitely gone down hill since the original doctors have left
