"Needs a complete overhaul"

We have more receptionist than actual doctors but yet they try to make you do everything through an app so why so many receptionist? They are rude and act like anything is to much for them, can't get a doctor's appointment what's so ever I refuse to use there app so they refuse to see me and my children? They've been treating me for 4years after needing a simple procedure done I've now been told they don't have any medical records from before 2018 so how the hell have these been treating me for mental health if they don't no my background? Paper records requested over 8 months ago 8 months I'm still waiting just to have a coil removed which is now 1 year overdue, my daughter is meant to have treatment regarding her feet but no cancelled cancelled cancelled to be told Months later the physio no longer works here, we are not even allowed to get medical advice with out the glass being banged shut eyes rolling I'll be back in a min huffing, don't like to care don't work in care please please please look into this surgery there is no treatment going on here we are all being told to.go to A&E even for tonsillitis go to A&E we can't assist this here really!!!
