"Damaging to mental health "

I live in chronic pain also struggle badly with my mental health

I had a scan on the 10th may then given a telephone appointment for the results follow up on sat 7th June at 9am which was an extreme long wait when I'm worried out my mind everyday what's wrong

9am came on the 7th and no one called , I tried calling hours later and lines are closed Saturdays

I called again Monday morning to be told the next appointment is not til 27th June and that apparently someone had called me on the Saturday after 4pm . The appointment given to me was for 9am not after 4 pm

Finding hard to put into words how mentally destroying this has been for me

Disgusting how they can treat patients like this
