I just wanted to send my thanks to your practice, especially the ENP I saw after I had an emergency appointment after a sudden and very painful relapse of Keratitis back in April. I was seen within 24 hours and was referred to Kingston Hospital's Royal Eye Unit who were similarly fantastic. The speed at which my problem was dealt with all round was terrific and I was back at work just over a month later with the inflammation gone and the eye unit very pleased with my progress (as am I!). Please also pass on my thanks to your reception team who made sure I got emailed a sickness certificate that I was able to pass on to my employer.
