"Lovely caring hardworking staff "

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Admitted via ambulance - the paramedics were patient and so reassuring

Despite being on a corridor space for 24 hours +, I felt totally cared for and treat with dignity and kindness. No it’s not the best especially when you’re feeling ill but it’s not down to the staff and they do everything to make you feel heard and looked after,

The department was extremely busy and the poor staff were subject to abuse and irrational demands from some of the patients but still remained professional and calm.

I was moved onto ward b acute medical and the nurse and the health care were wonderful

Just a big thank you to nurses doctors health care and all the other staff who work so hard with such compassion and humour m, you all deserve a medal

Much love and respect
