"Fantastic Patient Care"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

I attended Golden Jubilee Hospital for an ultrasound. I am very keen to thank all of the staff I met, from the reception staff - who very kindly pointed me in the right direction - to the sonographer and HCSW who attended to me. I have been a nurse for 36 years and can say with confidence this is how NHS care should be. The department (as was the Hospital) was spotlessly clean, efficient, organised with professional and knowledgeable staff who delivered compassionate, competent care, providing excellent communication from start to finish. I feel it is extremely important - especially in the current climate - to acknowledge the wonderful care I received today and thank all of those involved.
