"made difficult experience easier"

About: Antrim Area Hospital / Accidents & Emergency

(as a relative),

I recently attended Antrim Emergency Department with my granda following a collapse episode, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the care we received during the triage process.

Staff Nurse Craig was exceptional from the moment we arrived. He was kind, compassionate, and incredibly thorough in his assessment of my granda. Despite the busy environment, he took the time to listen carefully, ask all the right questions, and ensure my granda felt safe and comfortable. His calm and professional manner immediately put us at ease during what was a very stressful time for our family.

I'd also like to acknowledge Nursing Assistant Tracey, who was very efficient in taking bloods and helped to ensure that investigations were carried out promptly. Her quick and competent approach made a real difference in getting things moving smoothly.

It's clear that both Craig and Tracey genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide high-quality care. We’re very grateful for the attention and reassurance they gave us, and I want to commend them for their dedication and empathy.

Thank you both for making a difficult experience a little easier.
