"The physio was so thoughtful"

About: Countywide Community Care Service Delivery Unit / Integrated Neurology Service

(as a service user),

I went to my first Physio session in a long time for my hand/left side of my body.

The physio was so thoughtful and listened so well to my needs, she advised on various exercises to assist me with my neuro problem related to my MS. She explained she would be in touch in two weeks and that I would have another appointment in 4 weeks.

I really value the time taken and care.

Thanks so much, Patricia15 for posting this feedback about your first physiotherapy appointment. It is great to hear that you had such a positive experience, felt you were listened to and were given useful advice as well as a clear expectation of when they would be in touch.

We always hope that, when people come into contact with our team, it is a good experience and it is so lovely when we hear this has been the case. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this.
