"Lack of windows or air con in maternity day care"

About: Maternity care / Maternity Assessment

(as the patient),

I was in the maternity day care today for an iron infusion where its 23 degrees outside, and inside the room was around 30/31 degrees.

My vision went blank, my hearing went blank and I almost fainted. It was absolutely horrible and I have never been so scared. There really needs to be some air con in the day care room.

It's hard enough going in on hot days, but the waiting also with no air con isn't good.
