"Every member of staff couldn’t do enough for me"

(as the patient),

I’ve never had as much care and attention in any NHS department as I did while I attended the Dermatology Centre recently.

Every member of staff couldn’t do enough for me in explaining each step in the process and ensuring I understood perfectly. The staff were kind and put me at ease immediately. Although it is a very busy department care and attention was delivered to everyone in equal measures.

If there were medals to be awarded for this level of care I’d definitely recommend ‘gold’.
