On Monday 9th June I sent an email via the NHS app to the surgery about some symptoms I was having related to oxygen levels. I recieved a very prompt reply and shortly after a call offering me an appt that morning. The receptionist was very pleasant and it was agreed that I would have a face to face appt at 12.30 that day. The check in facility was all good with very short waiting time. I was seen by a very nice Advanced Clinical Practitioner who spent time talking through the issues with me. I was asked to return to the surgery the following day for further tests and a B12 injection scheduled for the following day was given to me there and then.
I would add that the surgery was very accessible, plenty of parking space, a clean modern surgery and friendly caring staff. During my appointment an emergency occurred in the waiting room with another patient and from my observation this was all handled really well with the team working together to support a very agitated patient.
I was very happy with the support and response I recieved.
