"Left the hospital having had a great time"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Plaster Room

(as a parent/guardian),

We came to have my 3 year old son's leg cast removed. Every step of his care was well organised, friendly and prompt.

Ali was adept at removing his cast while making him laugh, he said she was fun and tickly!

Next we saw Barry, the orthopaedic registrar who was gentle and kind during his examination, and gave me all the information I needed in a clear manner.

Finally we saw Martin in Orthotics who seamlessly completed our care by being friendly and fun whilst fitting his moonboot.

The environment throughout was bright, colourful and full of enjoyable distractions.

He left the hospital having had a great time and happy to come again, a total success! Thanks to all the team.
