"My husband's illness"

About: Hospital at Home / Hospital at Home Team Falkirk

(as a relative),

I took my husband to the doctor as he was unwell, thought it was a chest infection. GP  realised it was more serious and contacted Hospital at Home, luckily they were able to add him to their list. It turned out that he had pneumonia
