"Less than useless"

Rude staff. Less than useless service. Even when they have your records and history of ongoing issues they refuse to help or issue any medication that would resolve the issue. You are better off attending a pharmacy to deal with minor issues than your own GP. This surgery is an absolute disgrace and abomination. If I had the option to change to any other practice , I wouldn’t think twice. My prescription was issued incorrectly twice and wasted an hour of my time walking between the surgery and the pharmacy. The height of incompetent service.
