"Great service from the team"

About: Nightingale Hospital Exeter / Centre of Excellence for Eyes

(as the patient),

I had an amazing service from the surgeon, surgical team and admin team - everyone was helpful. 

I left feedback via Dora and it doesn't cut it. The AI isn't doing the service any favours. 

The questions are too general, it gives you limited time to think, it cut me off when I was explaining why I have Dora 3 out of 5 and there's no human interaction; you can't have a conversation.
