"Poor management and attitude"

About: Stoke Gifford Medical Centre

(as the patient),

I was applying for a railcard as I cannot drive due to having epilepsy.

They required some basic information about my condition - when I was diagnosed, what medication I take, that sort off thing -  on paper, just to prove that I have the condition and I am not making it up .

Stoke Gifford Medical Centre sent me some information about my medical records and what medication I take and how long I have taken it for. But National Rail then asked for some more information, as it wasn't quite enough.

When I informed Stoke Gifford Medical Centre of this, I was basically refused point blank, but it was the attitude, it was aggressive, rude and insulting, again like last time I complained a few months ago .

And nothing has been done about it .

And that is what is really disappointed, because the practice will not improve unless when people complain things are done about it.

But Stoke Gifford Medical Centre  seem to take offence at it. Patients have the right to complain if they feel like they have been mistreated or had a bad experience there.

And as long as they complain correctly, it's not or shouldn't be a problem.

But Stoke Gifford Medical Centre for some reason cannot and won't, and don't like it, and don't seem to understand when people do this .

And that is not acceptable.

Many thanks !
