"There is no shame in asking for help "

About: Croydon Psychological Therapies Service (Croydon Iapt)

It’s crazy to think while writing this where I’ve came from in the last 6 weeks or so. Honestly I use to think by tackling things on your own accord was the best thing to do and didn’t wanna be considered “weak” asking for help. I was in a very bad place which was noticeable from friends and family and kept myself so distant to the stage I started to struggle socializing again. Again reading back on this makes me so proud on how far I’ve come and that is all thanks to Croydon talking therapies. If you’re going through hell right now and at rock bottom there is no harm or shame in seeking help. Please you are not alone, I thought I was but I wasn’t.
