"Left at risk"

I am in crisis and supposed to.be under joint care.of lmht and crisis team but instead the lmht think I don't need to be seen despite agreeing to see me as part of my crisis plan and so I have been left at risk, extremely suicidal and not seen.by my cpn who also does not return the calls of  myself or my carers. When I complained to the manager their response was my cpn couldn't fit me in! they obviously haven't heard of prioritising workload, they then withdrew my cpn so.now I don't have a care coordinator at all. 

I have found the manager to be extremely dismissive and uncaring and doesn't actually answer any queries and thinks waiting a week for any support is enough. Which I wouldn't mind if  they hadn't also called a mhaa on me only a couple of weeks ago. So I feel like I'm getting the mixed message of you are very unwell but if we can't shove you I'm a hospital we aren't going to provide any care. 

This is not the first time ive had this response from some nurses and especially their manager who has 0 compassion and is unconcerned that they are making me more and more ill/ suicidal.

Had I got a response from her to help resolve situation I wouldn't feel the need to post but think it's time people higher up know what is happening at city east under N awful management to me and who knows how many others!!
