(as a service user),

I had an appointment recently to see Dr Gardner. This was to get a mole checked so I was very nervous and chattering like a budgie. Dr Gardner was simply lovely - calm, professional and so kind. In the event the mole was benign and she treated it on the spot so all good, but she and the other staff made me feel so well looked after and I'm very grateful.
