Kelly helped remove my IUD and made me feel comfortable and heard. Very kind and made the experience so much easier. She walked me through everything and discussed my concerns.

Thank you for sharing your experience of using our service. I am pleased we were able to support you with everything on the day. Our staff like to be helpful and friendly so it's good to know they were. I will pass this onto the Team.
