On-going mental health issues have been not been properly dealt with so that still waiting after over 2 years. Promised treatments not delivered. Administration (e.g. failure to action appointments) causing additional stress/anxiety. No Dr has demonstrated any real efficacy. Referred to outside agencies for support as stop-gaps. Told funding was never approved and only way to get treatment was to be sectioned. Callous service which is ultimately contributing to and exacerbating serous mental illness/es and conditions (diagnosed by Psychiatrist. A diagnosis without treatment and no sense of responsibility on part of the surgery for that treatment delivery is worse than useless/pointless - it is cruel and reinforces despair. There have been kind and more pro-active staff members and most individual staff 'in the moment' have responded with the right words. But that is mere rhetoric. It is a form of discrimination as medical staff would not be likely to treat someone with a diagnosed physical injury in the same way. More could be added but I gravely doubt these words will make any difference.
