I had suffered an ankle injury and had phoned 111 where they told me to head to the X-Ray clinic the next day for a look at my ankle. The administration team member was impolite in their tone and what they stated when a simple mistake was made by us not getting checked in with the walk in center where I was looked at by the nurse. "You cannot come here expecting an X-ray you need to go get looked at first" the issue was not with what happened but an honest mistake was made but a polite redirection would have been beneficial. The walk in center team was polite, friendly and would see again!
