"Care and attention ward 205 ."

I would like to thank all the staff for their care on ward 205 after a recent partial hip replacement. They were very professional and supportive during my stay. I would also like to thank the operating surgeon and their team for their skills and time.

The support teams including physio personnel etc were all very supportive.

And finally thanks to the discharge team for their help in getting me on my way home.
