I was very anxious about the procedure, but reassured by everyone involved and I was a lot more relaxed before they started the procedure.

Thank you taking time to feedback about your recent visit to our unit here at Queen Margaret. It was lovely to read you very kind words on how outstanding and friendly the staff had been. And that due to this and their reassurance you became less anxious, prior to having your procedure.
With this being such a positive journey for you hopefully if you ever need to return to us you will be move at ease. I will pass on your very kind comments to the staff, wishing you a speedy recovery
